I don’t think I could have felt more comfortable for my dog. When arriving we were greeted with happy faces and the staff loving on my dog. She had a small dental procedure done and when it was time to pick her up she was behind the front desk, not alone in crate having anxiety, but being loved and given all the attention. My dogs procedure was done in a timely manner, the vet communicated extremely well, eased my nerves, and overall we just felt our dog was safe. I highly recommend Ellicott Street Animal Hospital to anyone looking for great care and compassion.

I cannot say enough great things about Reilly and Dr. Kramer at Ellicott Street Animal Hospital. My dog is extremely nervous at vet visits and usually requires medication beforehand due to anxiety. This was our very first appointment since moving to the area, and it was hands down the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, they were patient, compassionate, and incredibly attentive to my dog’s needs. For the first time, my dog was calm and comfortable. It was clear how much they truly care about their patients and take the time to create a stress-free environment. Reilly and Dr. Kramer are exceptional, and I’m so grateful to have found a team that treats my dog with such kindness and understanding. Highly recommend to anyone with anxious pets—or honestly, anyone looking for the best care possible.

From the moment you walk into Ellicott Street animal hospital you're welcome with a caring feeling from the front desk workers, technicians and the doctors. They all have a sincere care for your pet. They explained everything to where you can understand and will try everything in their power to help your little ( fur babies)friend. I highly recommend for your pets.

I took my miniature dachshund puppy, Snoopy, to Ellicott Street Small Animal Hospital for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to schedule his appointment to the moment we left, I felt completely comfortable and confident in my choice to bring him here. The front desk staff was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! And Dr. Nellis was just the best. She was incredibly personable, genuinely excited to meet Snoopy, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how thorough she was and that she even provided helpful resources, like information about pet health insurance. You can tell they truly care about both pets and their owners here. I’m so glad we found this place for Snoopy’s care!
