UNSTABLE INDIVIDUAL -- Stay away! -- Emailed this person in the evening asking about a repair. He promptly called me at 8:30 in the morning the next day; however, I was at work and unable to pick up. He apparently got confused as how to leave a voicemail at which point he sent me a text saying: "Ok since you don't answer your phone and your email does not work I can't repair your robot vacuum. You are a literal waste of time." There's nothing wrong with my email and it's sad a person trying to run a business doesn't know how to leave a voicemail, nor does he seem aware people work during the day. This level of unprofessional is astounding. Highly recommend avoiding this business/individual.

I emailed this company pertaining to a problem I am having with a circuit board for a hot tub. I explained the issue I was having and sent a picture of a circuit board that matched the one that I have with the area that looks to be damaged (for reference, the hot tub is my parents and I haven’t taken photo of the actual one just yet) I nicely put my phone number on the email stating to call or email back to let me know what they need. I received the most unprofessional, ignorant call from them this morning stating I am trying to deceive them for sending a picture that was pulled from the internet (which I explained in the email) all I was looking for was a simple yes or no if they can repair that type of board. He was completely out of line without giving me the chance to explain the situation. I attempted to call back to try to get whoever I was speaking with to try to reach an understanding of the situation, however he answered the phone and abruptly began with the attitude once more. As a business owner myself, I could not imagine treating a potential customer in such a manner. I highly recommend avoiding this business.

Embed worx was able to fix an electronic, auto darkening pair of sunglasses that the manufacturer would not touch. Richard was very professional, did a thorough findings report and also followed up with an email of his repair. I highly recommend Embedworx for any electronic repair!

Embedworx was an absolute pleasure to work with. My laptop had previously been at UbreakIfix on Liberty avenue, where they held it for a week while waiting for parts. Once they got the part, they finally examined my computer and found it was an issue they were unable to repair. I called Embedworx and Richard had me come in the same day. He diassembled and examined the machine in front of me, identified the issue, and was able to complete the repair the very same day. The entire process was remarkably prompt and pleasant, and the cost was significantly less than what the other guys had quoted me. Embedworx is the best kept secret in computer repair here in Pittsburgh.
