I’m so upset about this visit! This is literally a warning to anyone desperate from relief from pain. FIND SOMENE ELSE!!! I’ll try to keep this short. I read reviews before I went. Like most reviews state the staff was friendly, and they DID push a root canal. They pushed a root canal to the point of making me feel silly for not getting one. I refused, and they moved forward with pulling my wisdom tooth. He seemed confident that he could get it after x-rays, because he said “sometimes wisdom teeth can be tricky”. Unfortunately for me after about 40 minutes of yanking and pulling he was only able to shatter the top part of the tooth off, and had to leave the roots. He was apologetic, and assured me I would no longer be in pain, because he removed the problem. Then came time for the refund. Supposedly they couldn’t get the refund card machine to work while we were there. I was told by the manager there that she would get it taken care of, and call me that night. She suggested I dispute the charge, because the refund could take 6 months to a year! She never called, so I called back the next day around 1:00. I was told she was not in office, but should be right back, and they would leave the message for her that I had called, and she would get back with me that same day. She hadn’t called by that night, so I called again, and was told she would call me the next day. The next morning I called again, and was told she still wasn’t there, so I asked for corporates number, and was told she could not give me that information. I asked to speak to a manager. He again told me that he couldn’t help me the card reader wasn’t working. Today, exactly 4 days after my appointment I was finally able to open my jaw enough to see why I was still in such severe pain, and discovered he BROKE the tooth infront of my wisdom tooth!! It even shows in the before and after x-ray, but I didn’t notice! I’m so upset, and so disappointed that there are still businesses out there that would take advantage of someone like this. I know this was long, but I wanted people to know my experience before making a decision. there’s no way he didn’t notice the break, and I just assumed the pain was from all of the yanking he was doing on my jaw. Awful experience!

Went in due to wisdom tooth pain and removal. Got there and was greeted with excellent customer service, Jo and ruby were very helpful and friendly and also knowledgeable about the entire process. The Dr was very gentle and kind, she went above and beyond to reassure me that I would be ok being that I was very nervous. Maria is such a great dental assistant she was very patient and kind with reassuring me as well. The entire staff are amazing!! They offer financing as well which was such a big help with very low monthly payments. If you’re in need of an emergency tooth removal, this is where you want to go.

Would definitely come here again!! Had some severe tooth pain and they took me for a last minute appointment. Had two teeth extracted, one being a wisdom tooth. The staff was kind and patient with me due to some major anxiety on my end. The dentist made sure I felt no pain during the procedure and took his time even though it was late and everyone wanted to get home. Can honestly say I've never had a more positive experience at a dentists office. All around wonderful service from start to finish!!

I had my wisdom tooth extracted. The staff was very welcoming and polite. I was made to feel very comfortable, and they were informative throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. There was little to no wait, and they offer payment plan options if you don’t have insurance. The price was fair, and I was in and out within an hour. The dentist was very gentle and patient, and her assistants were attentive and nurturing.
