I placed an order with this local business from another state and wanted to be sure that the bouquet arrived. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and the delivery was made on the day I scheduled it for! The flowers my friend received were beautiful. Very much appreciated.

I loved being able to place my order online and when I realized the address was wrong, calling them and getting it changed was so easy! My sister (the recipient) loved them so much! One thing I would love to see is in the descriptions of the flower bundles if they are pet safe! I had to go back and forth between two tabs to make sure the bundle was cat friendly! But other than that, Emily L. Flowers is fabulous and I will definitely be using them again!
I normally don't take time to write reviews but I have to give praise to this business. 1. The flowers were perfect and my wife loved them so much she cried (tears of joy☺️). 2. The ordering process was extremely easy. 3. The delivery was the fastest I have experienced when sending flowers on a same-day order. 4. Customer service was very fast responding to my call. Now, here is why I am taking the time to write this review: My wife had a miscarriage last year. It was very tough to go through for us both for many reasons. Needless to say, today was a very hard day for her and I wanted try and give her something that would brighten her day. I looked through all of the same-day delivery shops listed on Google. The first shop I selected backed out of the delivery last minute despite me ordering before their "same-day deadline". Luckily, I checked my e-mail during my break at work and noticed this because they did not call. I rushed to find another shop that could deliver same-day on short notice. Most importantly I was trying to find flowers that were blue or aquamarine because of the birthstone for today's date (8-28). I had limited time and started to get frustrated because most shops seemed like they had the same arrangements with very little blue, if any flowers with that color, at all. I chose Emily L. because they checked all of the boxes on things I needed and needed fast (same day delivery, near my wife's job, and light blue flowers....perfect!) I was in such a rush and distracted by work I accidentally ordered 2 arrangements. I found this out later today near the time most businesses close. I wanted to get a refund, if I could. I understood I had paid for a service that most would classify as non-refundable. So, I called their number and it went to voicemail - which I was not upset about because of it being close to closing time. Money is tight these days, especially being a young couple and this economy! Since it was such an exceptional arrangement, I began to accept eating the cost, thinking a refund would be impossible. Then my phone rang. I didn't have to bargain, beg, or argue. The person I spoke with treated me like family, understood the mistake, and within SECONDS of getting off the phone I get a notification about the refund. Where can you do business with someone that treats you like that anymore? I really wanted to give back to Emily L. something to compensate the extra arrangement that I ordered by mistake. This is why I am writing this long review singing their praises. They made a heart-breaking day much better for the refund and excellent service, but most importantly they made my wife's day SOO MUCH BETTER. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING FLOWERS AND SERVICE TODAY EMILY L.!!!
