My brother, who is a musician, recommended Empirical Sound for my favorite, but old Infinity speakers that were not working. He said he has all his work done there because they are the experts in town. He was correct. I was uncertain whether to buy new speakers or repair mine. Jeff was very patient in helping me make my decisions to get my speakers evaluated and, eventually, repairing them. The turnaround time for repair was amazing and so are my speakers; they sound better than they did before. Jeff and the entire staff at Empirical Sound are incredible. They are all personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I agree with my brother that they are the true experts in Cleveland.
Wow!! Jeff Beam and the team are incredible! They fixed our broken Marantz 2250B receiver and totally rebuilt 2 AR3 speakers from the 1960’s. The sound is perfection!!! Quick turnaround and fair price! Great job guys! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
