Have been going here on and off for a year and was very happy until January 2026. They had a points program which I'd been accruing for nearly 9 months. I go in during the day a few weeks ago, and they tell me the points system is no longer available. So I lost all my points I'd been saving and accruing. Not only that but they had tons of quality items last year, for a good price. Now I'm seeing more and more 100% polyester and Shein(fast fashion items) being sold for at or just below retail and it seems they're selling stained and very well worn "name brand items" like express for 15.99 and up. Loved it previously, and now won't go. Really makes me sad. Not sure if there's a new owner or what but I won't be going here too often anymore 😔

Very clean and neat store, it’s also very organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My experience the clothes is very clean and almost brand new. I was able to get a lot to get a lot of dress clothes and pants. Being a college student it helped me A lot finding quality clothes for a low price.

The best "re-purposed" clothing venue in town. Priced right, clean, and well situated. The proceeds help support and maintain the rescue mission. God bless this organization. If Jesus worked retail he'd work at The encore Boutique.
