I try to shop local as much as possible, and EG is my go-to for my live christmas tree each year. This year there was confusion over a coupon at the register, I was too worn-out from errands to handle it at the time, but ended up reaching out after the fact. I got a prompt response and a call from the regional manager who made sure that the issue was fixed. A very lovely team to work with, and my tree is beautiful.
We went to English Gardens for the first time today, and we absolutely loved it! They have everything you can think of. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We attended the caterpillar habitat workshop, and it was amazing! We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!
The sales clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Picked out A beautiful Peace. Lily. Gave me a discount. At a reasonable price, my friend loves it. We'll go back and get one for myself.
Took some photos of plants I want for the house. Bought me a cute bird feeder to fatten up some of my neighborhood feathered friends. The staff there was super friendly, we will definitely be back for some back yard projects!
Friendly and helpful staff streamline the shopping process. The supervisor, Elizabeth was amicable, knowledgable and passionate. I would visit again. The store was well-organized, making the trip a breeze. We were able to get the right blueberry bush for us, as well as learning about soil pH! This store won't lead you wrong.
