I want to start off by saying that no matter what I write, it will not even begin to describe the amazing person or experience you will receive coming here. Not only does Michelle know her clients, but she is also so knowledgeable on all skin related topics/issues. I have been getting facials from her for about a year or longer. I have never felt confident without makeup on, but she has transformed my skin and I feel so confident in my own skin now. I am constantly getting compliments on how great my skin looks. I now feel more confident without makeup on. I just started having my teenager go to her now as well. I cannot recommend her enough!!
As of writing this review, I’ve had one facial treatment at Enso Skincare & Wellness in Chandler and I’m already booked for another in a couple of weeks — and that alone says a lot, because I don’t commit to things quickly unless I truly feel confident in what I’m getting. Before Enso, I spoke with a facial “expert” who pitched her services to me and left me feeling completely turned off. She talked about her own amazing skin, but made it seem like mine was a lost cause. At the time, my skin was going through hormonal flare-ups, and I had brown patches across my face from my fourth pregnancy. It was a huge hit to my self-esteem, and the last thing I needed was someone framing it like I was beyond help. I also have a friend who swears by “Korean skincare,” and I get it — that might be great for her. But my skin needed real support, not a bunch of internet masks and trial-and-error products that could irritate my face or make things worse. Walking into Enso ended up being the best thing I didn’t know I needed. Michelle took one look at what was happening and then explained it — clearly, calmly, and in a way that made sense. I don’t struggle with bad acne; my main issue was discoloration and the way pregnancy had shifted my skin. She talked about the hormonal side of it, what skin is supposed to do, what healing actually looks like, and how to approach it without wrecking your skin in the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and I left feeling informed and hopeful — not “sold to,” and definitely not judged. What really impressed me is that I originally booked the most expensive service… and she didn’t just take my money and run with it. She recommended a different, less expensive treatment for the first appointment because she wanted to get my skin into a better place first. That kind of honesty is rare, and it immediately built trust. She also sent me home with a few products to help prepare and heal my skin for the next appointment. I’m still breastfeeding, and I appreciate that she’s able to take a more holistic, thoughtful approach with that in mind. I’m not someone who spends money unnecessarily. But if you’re looking for a long-term, natural approach to feeling beautiful as you age — and you want someone who can actually guide you with knowledge and integrity — Enso in Chandler is worth it. I genuinely feel like I’m in good hands here, and I’m excited to keep going with the plan we’re building.
Where do I even begin?! The facial I got was the most heavenly experience, and I couldn’t believe how much my skin was glowing when I looked in the mirror. Not only was the facial itself incredible, but Michelle is just the most lovely soul. And she’s so passionate and knowledgeable about skincare—you can feel her heart in how she shares information and how she takes deep care of you as a client. You can even feel how much she’s poured her heart and energy into the space itself. It’s so pretty and such a vibe! I cannot recommend Michelle and her services enough ❤️
Since starting with Michelle in June 2025, her holistic approach to skincare has been a game-changer. My main concerns are aging and rosacea, and she's the only Esthetician who has successfully helped me address both. I've seen a dramatic improvement in how my skin looks and feels. Not only is Michelle incredibly knowledgeable, but she's also a wonderful person who provides an exceptional experience every single time I see. I look forward to my facials every month.
