We hired a stage from Enthusiasm Events for our Light Up Fairwater Christmas Lights switch-on event, and this is our second year working with them. Alex, the owner, was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, and the setup and pack-down on the day were smooth and efficient. We had to get hold of a projector and screen at the very last minute after a Cardiff Bay venue failed to provide one, despite charging for it. We contacted this company on a Sunday evening and they were on-site by 9am Monday, setting everything up perfectly so our event could go ahead. Without them, we would have had to cancel an important conference on men’s mental health. Outstanding service and reliability when it mattered most.
