A1 service. We bought a house and they were able to update our systems inside and out in a day. The tech worked hard. Very professional and timely. Other companies had us on a wait list for about 2 weeks. They were able to have someone arrive the next day. Amazing experince.
As a general contractor, I've used Moore Electric many times for large renovation projects, as well as emergency repairs. The whole team has gone above and beyond every time. They come through in crunch time and always do a great job for a fair price! Update 2 years later: they're still great!
I called for an appointment on Monday for a small project, and it was booked for the following day! I was amazed and impressed. The technician arrive at the confirmed time, he was polite, friendly and very kind. MacKenzie consulted with me prior to installing the recessed lights to ensure that I was happy with his recommendation. He explained several things to me and answered all my questions. He also pointed out a few issues with my electric panel which I will have fixed at a later time. The work was done in less time than I expected, the room was swept clean. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you MacKenzie, great job! I wouldn't hesitate hire Moore again.
Everyone I interacted with was very professional; From estimation to planning and scheduling the work, to execution. Quick turnaround and easy to engage with. Very happy with the work (panel replacement, pulling wire for 2 new circuits, deck heater installation, and other things) - Punctuality and attention to details was appreciated. Outstanding service. Will use Moore for future work.
Spent the day with Adam taking care of so many electrical issues. He was kind, informative, helpful, neat and so capable. The lights work, the outlets work, the dimmers work and the new fixtures and thermostat look great. Thanks so much, Adam.
