Epm is the most effective pest control company I have ever worked with. Spencer is one of our regular techs at the leasing office where I work, she is not only incredibly thorough but she is the most respectful and kind hearted person I have ever met. Alex has been here to catalina a few times to help with whatever crazy pest we have. He is always great to talk to. He takes care of all.of our issues and gives us all the info we need. Our company has been doing business with EPM for quite some time now. While there have been a few bumps along the way, EPM has always been willing to listen, adjust, and work with us to meet our needs while providing great attention to our residents. Hi! So I had Alex E out yesterday October 3rd 2025 to treat my place. I loved his service! He went above and beyond what I could have expected from him. He was very thorough and a very nice and explained everything to me, of course I had a bunch of questions and he had no problem answering them and did not get mad at all my questions. Very professional and agains, so nice I couldn’t speak better things about him. I am really glad he doesn’t want to treat my place. Just thought it was deserving of a review so the company could see the positive impact of Alex E
Nathaniel is always amazing! I know when he shows up to my property I have no worries. You can tell by the care in his job they he loves what he does! He make sure my residents understand how to prepare for treatment and the next steps they should take to keep their homes bug free. He is very patient and thorough. Even though they have reports to fill out. He still takes his time to talk with me in person about his recommendations for treatment. He is simply amazing 👏🏽.
