We have an 8 mo Golden and needed a little extra help during the work day. The team at Equipaws is incredible. I was hesitant at first but I have been blown away by their professionalism and true love of taking care of pets. The walkers that most frequent us are Cesar and Megan. And I can't say enough about them. You will immediately see how skilled they are with handling dogs (puppies in my case.) I appreciated how thorough the owner is. She visited the home and we had a detailed conversation about each other's expectations. Truly grateful for this team.
We’ve been using EquiPaws for 7 years and counting, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with Marty. Whether it’s weekly walks during hectic weeks or full care when we’re out of town, they are consistently reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. They do everything—feeding, walking, playing, making sure he always has fresh water, cleaning his bowls, and most importantly treating Marty like he’s their own. We fully trust them to come into our home when we’re away, which says a lot. Marty absolutely loves them! The EquiPaws team is truly second to none, and Flavia is fantastic—attentive, communicative- clearly passionate about what she does. For context… I’m not the easiest customer to please —which makes it even more meaningful that they’ve exceeded expectations year after year. If you’re looking for a pet care company you can trust completely, EquiPaws is it. Highly, highly recommend.
We trust Equipaws Pet Services ONLY to take care of our 2 pups when we can’t be there, whether it’s hours, days or weeks. Equipaws provides excellent service designed specifically to each of our pups and follows any request or instruction we may have. Many thanks to Emma and Tyler for providing such good care and attention, and delivering written reports and photos for every visit. This brought a lot of comfort in knowing our pets were getting The. Best. Care. while we were away.
Flavia and her team are amazing. My mom needed help with her dog as she had moved into an ALF. Flavia took the time to really get to know mom and Beau so that she understood exactly what we needed and what was the best walking schedule for Beau. Everyone on her team was loving and caring. Their communication system is excellent. I received daily detailed text message regarding Beau’s walk, his feeding routine and even pictures. When he needed a special diet they were super accommodating. Flavia and her team are true professionals and really care about the people and their pets. I highly recommend them for all your pet care needs.
Exceptional Care for My Elderly Cat, Dora I cannot recommend Equipaws highly enough. I was nervous about leaving my elderly cat, Dora, who has several medical and special care needs, but this team exceeded every expectation. They visited multiple times a day, administered her medication with care, and gave her the attention and affection she needs to thrive. The communication was outstanding—each visit came with detailed updates and photos of Dora, showing how she was doing and what was accomplished. It was such a comfort to see her relaxed and well cared for while I was away. When I returned home, Dora looked healthier, happier, and more at ease than when I left. It’s clear that the Equipaws team treated her like their own. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly set them apart. I’m so grateful to have found them!
