I am not one for leaving bad reviews, but I dropped off nice jeans here once just to have hemmed. They told me pick up date so I went on that day. They said they didn’t have them and gave them to some other girl. In which they did, and had no idea who they gave them to. I was not leaving without the jeans or what I paid for them (and already paid to have hemmed) which they proceeded to pay me back for my jeans and not even the hemming price I paid, till I mentioned it. They then had to call all customers asking who they gave it to, finally found them days later and I had to go pick the jeans up yet again (inconvenient location about 25 mins from my house). I paid them the Jean money AND hem money back and they had a rude attitude.. which doesn’t make sense because it was their fault in the first place. Ipaid them 5 less dollars by accident and she came running after my car. Organization is bad here and outdated systems.
She did a fantastic job on my dresses, I would recommend to go to her she's real nice and friendly and makes you feel very welcome!
Iri and Margie saved my life! I called at 3pm on a Friday, and before 5pm my issue was stitched up and ready to go. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in the area!
I took two dresses to be altered. I went to pick up on promised date and alterations had not begun. Three days later still not completed as promised. Went the next day and both dresses were unwearable. The fabrics were damaged and one had a stain on it. They tried again while I waited and it was worse. Finally I was told that was the best they could do. They cut the straps down on one dress and sewed it back together on the shoulders crooked. The lapels on my formal dress is damaged. They had sewed a snap on crooked and the collar didn’t lay flat when I put it on. They preceded to cut it off with a razor blade and damaged the fabric. Both dresses needed the tops altered and they were unable to do the work properly. I would not recommend going here for anything important.
They do amazing work and are very easy to work with. They made wife’s dress look just how she envisioned it! Great work, friendly environment, and you will not be upset with their prices! Also, if they like your energy they might feed you!!!
