When I had a problem with my kitchen sink recently, Erik Nelson Plumbing sent two workers over. They walked me through how they planned to do to address the problem and how long it would take and then ultimately fixed the problem in that time span, for a very fair price. Big recommend for anyone in the Twin Cities!
ENP recently installed a heat pump water heater for us and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. They are clear, responsive, and trustworthy communicators before, during, and after the job and they do outstanding plumbing work. They attended thoughtfully to every detail of installing our water heater. They also were happy to let me do the electrical part of the install, which I appreciated. Their charges were reasonable. Highly recommended!
We had a leaking copper T joint in our bathroom ceiling, and Erik Nelson Plumbing took care of it quickly and professionally. John diagnosed and explained the issue clearly, replaced the joint in 1.5 hours, and left everything neat and clean. I appreciated the transparent pricing and reasonable rates. They were easy to work with, accommodating of schedules, prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond for us. We had a challenging issue and when we needed a follow-up to a non-critical issue, they still tried to get someone out asap to address it. They also gave us a lot of advice on what we can do to help with a variety of things in the future. They have been fantastic and we really appreciate them!
