I had a wonderful experience with Ernie Lee’s. I had an immediate issue when my headlights went out before the Christmas holiday and they were able to get me in immediately to fix the issue. Billy and Roxanne were both very pleasant to speak with. I will be a returning customer for any of my automotive needs. They appear to be honest and reasonably priced.
I’ve been using Ernie Lee’s service center for quite some time now and they never disappoint! Friendly staff always make it easy to communicate! They are always upfront with timeframes and pricing! I was told it may take an hour or longer but it only took 30minutes and I was in and out! Thank you for your amazing customer service!
Quick quality service for a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! I love that they’re a family owned and operated business. I will definitely be coming back. The service only took an hour and my car is running better than when I took it to a dealership (where I sat for 3 hours and paid 2x the price). Support local businesses!❤️
I've visited Ernie Lee's twice so far - once for an inspection, and once for an oil change & tire rotation. Both experiences were very good! All of the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional, and the work was completed exactly as requested. Can't ask for more than that! I did not have an appointment scheduled for either visit, so I went in knowing that I may have to wait a while. Although they were busy, they run efficiently, and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Thankfully, I haven't needed any major repairs on my current vehicle, but I will absolutely go to Ernie Lee's if/when needed because I trust they will do good work at a fair price.
