Mariah is awesome. I recommend her to do all of your business with. She is Pleasant to speak and work with also she has a beautiful soul and heart. They need to give her a raise. Also this gym offers everything you would possibly need.
I am currently visiting family and needed to stay in shape so I needed to do a week pass. I wish I lived in the area so I could get a full membership. The facilities are clean, with a great range of equipment as well as classes if you need extra instruction. All in all a good gym.
Big shout out to Mariah at this location! Best customer services experience and so knowledgeable. She listened to what my needs were and addressed them in a way that makes me feel heard and seen. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location!
Negative stars would be more appropriate for disservice provided on January 14, 2026. In October 2025 my membership renewed for "black" amenities. Fine. Several weeks ago my Medicare card number changed due to fraud. As a result, my EOS account was temporarily cancelled, but a stop in to 51st supposedly got me in good graces again with no additional fees, and manager was supposed to check, per another employee there. Well, my account was charged for another year as of January 14th. Not good. I went back to 51st to correct issue and was met with nothing but nonsense, blank looks by Jess the manager and told multiple times that they couldn't help me since I renewed again. Huh? I was also told that I wasn't even a member. Really? Then why did my app work to sign in? I have been a member of EOS since 2016, before that location even opened. Why would I be charged for 2 years within a 3 month span? No good reason. We argued and she couldn't seem to understand the issue. Did I raise my voice? Yes. There was no swearing or threats. The utter nonsense was ridiculous. NO ONE EVEN CONSIDERED THAT I MIGHT BE RIGHT, INCLUDING MALE EMPLOYEE WITH LAST NAME HARRINGON, WHO ASKED ME TO LEAVE. NO ONE OFFERED TO LOOK INTO IT. I requested number for customer service and was told there wasn't any. I ultimately got an email address for I believe an area manager. If these employees can't and won't help a member, don't even try, why are they getting paid? Doesn't make sense. In any event, I then went to the EOS at 43rd and Glendale and the issue was resolved within 15 minutes and credit issued. They understood and knew exactly what had happened and why, and showed me, because what I said made sense and they cared enough to actually help. Props to 43rd and Glendale, nothing but disrespect for those at 51st and Olive that had no clue and didn't care enough to think for a moment that I might be right. Apparently they think they can do no wrong. The reality is that they can and did. Not a good look for those in management that are supposed to resolve issues, not make them worse.
I always have a great experience at this gym, and a big part of that is thanks to Mariah. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. She creates a positive environment where you feel comfortable and supported from the moment you arrive. It’s clear she truly cares about both the members and the overall atmosphere of the gym. Highly recommend!
