clean and well kept gym with good equipment! has squat and bench racks as well. recommend going earlier or later times for fewer people. :) staff is nice, thank you for jermaine for always greeting members
Do NOT get a membership here. Honestly regret switching to Eos, over $35/mo for their highest tier membership and it’s not even worth $10/mo. Machines are always down, and it’s been that way since they opened their doors. Bathrooms are constantly disgusting. Don’t think I’ve ever walked into a semiclean stall. Staff is nice so no complains about that. But save yourself the fees and money, and just look elsewhere to a place that’s worth your money.
Amending 11/29 it’s annoying how many things are broken here. Today both rowers, at least 2 elliptical, pec fly/ rear delt machine, row machine, ab machine, massage chairs and men’s sauna. There are locker room locks I spoke to the Area Operations Manager months ago that are still broken and no one can put a lock on. Nice staff but not good at maintaining this place. I really like everything that this gym has to offer. Great selection of equipment. Nice employees as well.
I just wanted to say Vonnie has been super nice to me every time I come to workout! She’s taken the time to get to know me & even my guests! If u ever need any help, definitely go to Vonnie!! I also wanted to shout out Debbie!! I recently met her but she is super nice! I’ve been coming to this location the past year after moving here from Houston and she’s made it a smooth transition! This month, I saw that had the mascot plushie and idek it was for an awareness and she helped me get one with no extra stress of hesitation! Both Vonnie and Debbie are great! If u ever need assistance definitely ask for them! They will find the best accommodation for both you and them!
I was resistant about joining this gym due to the pricing, but it’s worth every penny. The overall cleanliness of the facility outdoes ALL its main competitors! This location can get extremely crowded in the afternoon and some mornings around 5:30am. I usually go earlier or very late for that reason. I originally spoke with Sydney over the phone—she was very kind and informative. However, the rest of the staff doesn’t always meet that standard. The employees in the morning might as well not be there since they’re either on their phones, talking to members for far too long, or hiding in the bathroom. I’ve noticed this behavior a lot recently; when I started going last year it wasn’t as bad. The machines are kept clean by both staff and members, but when they do malfunction or break, I’ve noticed it’s a give or take on whether it’ll be properly fixed. The bathrooms are pristine compared to other gym bathrooms. I know people love to complain about gym bathrooms but honestly I’ve only seen this one dirty maybe once. Interior aesthetic is pleasing to the eyes. I’d even go as far as saying that it’s motivational! I love, love, love that this is a 24 hour gym! It would be great to see a location open up in Denton…
