Amazing experience! We had such a great first time that we immediately booked a second escape room. The hospitality here is top-tier — the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had so much fun and would definitely come back the next time we’re in Toronto. Highly recommend!
We did a team event of axe throwing. The instructors were great and patient. The time spent was full of fun. The serving staff were friendly and always available. The only negative was upon arrival the person who was signing us in was very rushed and said that we couldn't sit on the chair to fill out our forms because they were booked by someone else. I said I have some physical limitations and she said again that it was reserved. I only stayed for 20 minutes while the rest of our group stayed after their game for drinks and food and when I came downstairs there was NO ONE in the area that I had been sitting in or anywhere on the main floor except for one table close to the stairs to the axe area. I completely understand if I was looking to hang out there all night but it was just to fill out the liability form which the employee would know wouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to fill out. A small thing but it was what the set the tone of the evening. Thankfully for everyone else in our party the instructors and server were friendly and accommodating.
Great experience, our instructor was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. The event coordination staff went above and beyond to ensure our event occured and was a success. The wait staff was also extremely friendly. Drinks were superb, especially the butterbeer (although be careful not to have too many of those, as you won't feel them initially, but they'll come back with a bite later). Overall a great outing.
My visit to Escape Manor in downtown Toronto was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for an exciting and well-organized experience. The attention to detail in both the decor and storyline made it feel like we’d stepped straight into a movie scene. Our group chose one of the more challenging rooms, and it was perfectly designed — clever puzzles, realistic props, and just the right amount of pressure to keep everyone fully engaged. The game masters were incredibly professional, offering just the right hints when needed while maintaining the mystery and excitement. Beyond the escape room itself, the atmosphere of the lounge area was inviting and stylish — a great place to unwind, laugh about the clues we missed, and enjoy a drink afterward.
You need to come and have the experience of the cabin ihad. The girl Erika alias "Alex" for her character during the game was fantastic. Good job in her acting. The decor was nice and is great to have friends around to solve the activities ( I don't think I would got it alone hahahah) And when you finish you can hangout in the bar downstairs.
