Amazing! We went as a group of 5 and 3 of us had never been to an escape room before. We chose The Asylum. Stephen took care of us and ensured we understood the rules and then ensured that we felt the fear of the story 💀 Amazing puzzles and rooms. Great first experience of an escape room and now that I have a card to get stamped, we'll be sure to be back and hopefully see Stephen again! Highly recommend.

SUCH a fun experience! Skye was absolutely incredible from the absolute first moment, welcoming us in early (we made better time than we'd anticipated 😂) and encouraging us to enjoy ourselves with Connect 4 and Popup Pirate games whilst we waited for the room to be ready. The storytelling aspect of the room was expertly handled by Skye, adding a wonderful layer of immersion to the already epically designed room. We completed the pirate themed room, which came with an incredible soundtrack of piratey themed music and carefully curated curios and puzzles for the theming. The hint systems in place are my favourite of any escape room I've done (though we didn't need to use them) — allowing two different types of hints in accessible ways. One was directly in the room with us via the tablet with timer we have in hand, allowing us to scan a QR code for any hints we may need (maximum 1 per every ten minutes) or a switch to "summon" the games master. Skye made the concept of this summoning switch a ton of fun and never made us feel silly for potentially needing hints. The room had a great variety and quality of puzzles to keep us entertained. Each one varied in difficulty, making for an incredibly entertaining room. At the end, Skye greeted us with a huge smile and congratulations, making the escape itself all the more exciting. Although we're far from local, I would definitely want to come back and do more of these rooms in the future!

We were a group of five who went as a birthday treat. We had a really excellent experience. Escape Reality is well laid out and friendly. The staff are absolutely brilliant! Friendly and helpful. There are a number of optins that vary in difficulty. We did Machina which was Level 4. The puzzles are fun - challenging but certainly doable. You have an hour to escape which we managed with a few minutes to go. Would certainly go back. Great fun for any age!

My friend and I visited the other day and loved it so much that I came back again with a group today! The rooms are incredibly immersive and the puzzles are so creative and fun. Every member of staff was absolutely lovely! I got to interact with Karen and Stephen, and they truly elevated the whole experience. They explained everything in such an engaging, immersive way and were so sweet and fun. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Our team had a really lovely time! While we were in town we did all six rooms, Ritual, Machina, and Alcatraz were our favorites. The other three were also very enjoyable. The team of game masters we had, Cameron, DJ, Noel, David, Stephan, Rebecca, Eve, Lillie, Bob, and Alex were very kind and helpful. One day they even made us tea while we waited for the room. Each game master set up the back story for us (always choose the backstory! It sets the mood for the room in a fun and interactive way). After each session they offered us great props and a little photo shoot which was fun and goofy. The puzzles come in a variety of ways and follow the theme of the rooms. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back for any new rooms!
