THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Booked for 4 people with them for May 18 2025, they emailed us May 16 saying that they'll have to cancel due to some issues with transport Canada but I thought no worries, stuff happens, They offered to rebook so I did for June 21. On the morning of June 21 they emailed us and canceled once again due to staffing issues. Both times it was their fault and they canceled both times. They said we can rebook but me and my friends decided to just not go anymore as we can't take time off from work whenever we want just to get our trip canceled last minute. I demanded for a refund and was told they'll review it and update me. Never updated me, I had to send emails every few weeks to ask for an update and was always told we'll let you know. After 2 months of emailing back and forth they finally told us that they WILL NOT be offering us a refund and we can just rebook for "no extra costs" how convenient. My advice, don't fall for this scam and lose your money.

This is absolutely a scam. They called us two days before and cancelled our room based on 'understaffing' and have refused to refund our $529.20 we paid for it even though they cancelled, not us. Very upset about this. Edit: They have now thankfully refunded us! Still sad that they cancelled on such short notice but glad they ended up paying us back🙂

Awesome experience! This is one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever been to. Super unique to be able to go out on boat and the puzzles were creative and challenging! The cast was hilarious and personable and made our experience great. The one thing I would do differently is that we were so invested in the puzzles we forgot to look out at the beautiful setting on the water.

We had a great time on Saturday night doing this (out of Hamilton). I was the only one in our group that hadn't done an escape room before but we all enjoyed it and had so much fun. My only comment is that we spent so much time working on the puzzles we didn't really have time to enjoy the sail around the harbour, maybe if we were faster at the puzzles I guess :p
