Avi has sent us a nice family to rent our house in Beverly Hills for a few days in Christmas. The guests were well behaved and left the property in great condition.

Within 48 hours we were able to secure a new venue. Highly recommend him. Event went well with no issues and at a lower price that we first booked the location
We partnered up with Avi and his team to rent out a $200M estate to host an 800 people Halloween party. The entire experience from set up to event and strike went without an issue.
