I had the most incredible personalized massage with Amma Wendy Williams, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Her aura is deeply calming, and I knew I was in good hands from the instant I saw her. From the very beginning, I felt safe, grounded, and completely supported. Her knowledge and wisdom go far beyond technique — she works with deep intuition, care, and intention. She somehow relieved tension in my shoulders that has existed since before I was born, and I left feeling lighter, clearer, and profoundly restored. Amma Wendy is so much more than a massage therapist — she is a healer and a beautiful soul. This was not just bodywork; it was a deeply nourishing experience for both body and spirit. ✨
Every staff member here was so friendly and wonderful. I had my first facial yesterday and absolutely loved it! It was so relaxing and my face feels rejuvenated. The spa felt like I was in a French café, which I loved (having previously lived in Europe). I'm already planning my next visit! Thank you so much!
I always have an amazing time getting my hair done at ESSPA! Michelle and Barry are excellent at what they do, and so much fun to chat with. It’s a whole experience of being treated like a VIP.. drinks, relaxing environment, beautiful windows with a view of the shopping district. The staff is professional, kind, and SKILLED! And as always, Karen at the front desk is poised, and so complimentary. I’ve been going there for YEARS for a reason… THE PEOPLE! Can’t ask for more! Happy Holidays to the ESSPA staff.
Had a great experience ! Cant wait to come back for couples massages. Had a pedicure today and one last year too. Thank you for giving this single mom an hour of relaxing bliss . My nail artist was truly talented!
Absolutely cannot recommend ESSpa enough! I have lived in Pittsburgh for 5 years and this is the best spa I have been too. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and like you’ve transported to Europe. The vibes are 10/10. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and my esthetician Kylie was absolutely amazing during my Hungarian facial. She was knowledgeable and made the experience wonderful. I will definitely be back for another facial, and would love to try a massage and their other services as well!
