First time homebuyer review: I was referred to Esther and her team through my realtor and could not have been happier with my experience. Esther was quick and focused on finding me the best mortgage rate and made it clear that it was her business to help reduce my costs and save me as much money as she could. Unique to my experience: during escrow I had made the mistake of paying for my home insurance policy with personal funds; something I was NOT supposed to do as I had separate credit that was to be used for that expense. To ensure that I was maximizing spending of my credits, Esther worked with me as I had a new home insurance policy drawn up and she and her team worked on processing and getting my loan approved on a time crunch. Esther and her team got the job done within the shortened time window, and it was all because she wanted to optimize my credit usage and save ME money.
