I made a 9 am appointment for important time sensitive docs to be notarized. William Never showed, could not be reached through text, phone or email. Terrible. Unprofessional. Do not use if you need someone responsible.
We had a great experience with eTax and his firm this tax season. We had a number of complexities, including filing married for the first time, a new house with a complex mortgage structure involving three creditors, and a new overseas business - none of which we had done before. And they completed the process very effectively, despite its complexity. The process was extremely easy for us. We are definitely filing our taxes with them in the foreseeable future! Much recommended!
Made an appointment - which was confirmed by text and email - and the owner didn't show up for the appointment. He told me "I forgot" and then had the audacity to make the excuse of, "well, it's Friday. Can you wait for 20 minutes?" How wildly unprofessional! So glad I took time out of my day to climb up the vomit-covered stairs of this establishment for absolutely nothing. Horrible.
