I used to think this was a good car wash, but the last time I went there my car came out completely covered in soap still. Waste of money, but it gets worse! I wiped down my car and immediately as I head up the road, smoke billows out of my car's hood. It stopped after a couple minutes and ever since then my car AC has stopped working. I ended up having to replace my AC compressor which was very expensive. Hand wash your car here if you're going to go here at all!
A no frills place to clean your car. I've gone many times with no issues. I recently encountered an issue and wasn't able to use the self car wash but I left a note under the door. The staff responded within a day or two, addressed the issue and thanked me for my patronage. I'll definitely continue to support this business.
Update- they replied to this review before replying to my email requesting a refund! What a joke Paid for the $16 deluxe and it covered my car in soap and then stopped working. I saw the same thing happen to the person waiting behind me as well. I read another review that this happened to others months ago and the owner publicly chalked it up to “this happens”, so maybe put a service number somewhere on your building that ppl can call when this happens- since you’ve accepted that your machine is unreliable and is often wasting people’s time.
I am a frequent user of Eureka Car Wash on South Lamar. However, I went today and paid $14 for the best package and was left extremely disappointed. No soap ever came out and now my car looks worse than it went in. There’s hard water spots ALL OVER my car. Literally, no soap came out. I am requesting either free car wash to fix the issue or a full refund. I’m super disappointed because this is the only car wash near by that isn’t self service so if this car wash stops being decent, I’ll have nowhere else to go.
This place is a joke. I'd rate it less than one star if that was an option. Payed $12 for a deluxe wash and my car is still FILTHY! Well...at least the roof of my looks clean. Don't waste your time or money here! Was going to vacuum my car afterwards but not giving this place another dime! All photos taken immediately after leaving the Laserwash (you can see my car is still wet AND the soft touch was of course out of service)
