I had such a wonderful experience shopping here today. Jordan and Charlotte’s customer service was outstanding! They were warm, attentive, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable when it came to their stock. The store itself is beautifully curated with a gorgeous range of furniture and interior décor, but it’s the high level of customer service I experienced that has made me want to shop here again tomorrow! Both my mother and I will be back as we join forces to decorate my new home! I cannot recommend the Kotara store enough. Thank you again Jordan and Charlotte :)
POOR QUALITY. Don’t get caught up on the discount. We bought a leather reclining lounge only 6 months ago and the foam inside the lounge has already deteriorated. When you sit you can feel a bar at the back. We wanted a refund but they will not give it so we have to either get the same or a store credit. So disappointed.
Waited 20 minutes for someone to be greeted and then surprise when we said we wanted to purchase a setting for 6, which we had been looking at and testing. Wait time for the item was over 12 weeks walk about 5 shops down where we were greeted immediately and collected the desired setting same day. Customer service goes a long way.
After telling us we'd be entitled to a refund over the phone if we informed them prior to delivery that the couch we'd ordered would not fit through our door and then turning around and only offering us a store credit to buy something we dont want this time pointing to their returns policy, eventuallyy offering us a portion of the cash back, we've had to bite the bullet and take a 25% loss on what we paid. Truly an awful experience dealing with this lot, ending up with no furniture and $500 poorer to line their pockets. Don't bother worrying about the sale ending, it runs all year every year, an illegal practice under consumer protection.
We brought a lounge And too Reclining Chairs mine reclining chair lasted 1 year before it was set away to be repaired. My wife's reclining chair is now staffed. They looked nice in the shop but we have decided not to buy any more furniture from that place.
