I had an excellent experience at Euro Image MedSpa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain my options and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. My results have been great so far, I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Euro Image MedSpa for anyone looking for quality aesthetic and laser services with a personal touch!
If you’re going to do laser, get Jennifer. She is one of the best aestheticians I’ve had. So sweet and thorough. Literally the only person I would want to do hair laser with.
Let me start with telling you guys about my experience at this place. I had missed on a couple appointments do to my mom passing away and I really didn’t think about the appointment at Euro IMAGE bc of the lost of my mother. I did call the front desk at EURO IMAGE on the day that I supposed to go to my appointment. And Sarah the front desk assured me that someone will be contacting me by the end of the day. No body did follow up with returning my call until I called them back 3-4 days later to see what’s going on. The lady who answered she was definitely unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t care about doing her job and call me back to inform me with the next available appointment so I can go back and finish the hair treatment. But she did confirm that I can go on 12/16/2025 at 2:30 pm and then changed to 12:30 pm and I was like that’s fine. Also I asked her if I can have a reminder call or text message to make sure I won’t miss the appointment. Especially since they keep giving me different time of when I can go for the appointment. I showed up 3 minutes before the time that they gave me the day I had to call my self to remind them to give me my next appointment. I told the front desk girl when I arrived. I’m here for my appointment and she was like yeah you are late 30 minute. I was like no you told me to come at 12:30 on the 16th of this month also, I apologize that I had missed my appointment and told her the reason that it was because my mom had passed Away And I Didn’t Remember my appointment. The owner HIND overheard the conversation AND INTERRUPT WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE by saying In front of her workers and another customers It is not her fault my mom died and I missed my appointment. This proves that this woman HIND THE OWNER SHE HAVE NO COMPASSION ,to say such a thing with cold blooded. Also, I find out that they are Already have Collected the whole amount of the treatment that’s why they don’t really care to follow up or Call you back when they say they will Call you by the end of the day. Also, I was trying to explain to the owner HIND THAT I REQUEST FOR A REMINDER AND NOBODY FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I DIDN’T GET ANY TEXT MESSAGE AND SHE WAS BLAMING MY PHONE SERVICE. THAT I AM NOT GETTING A NOTIFICATION BECAUSE OF MY PHONE. WHAT’S FUNNY THAT I SHOWED HER THE ONLY NOTIFICATION I GOT FROM THEM IS TWO MINUTE BEFORE I WALKED INTO THE PLACE. THEY SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE THAT I MISSED ON MY APPOINTMENT. ANYWAYS, THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY OR GO BACK AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SKILLS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. And now I understand why everybody’s like that at this place She have a really bad attitude. I just can’t believe that she said To my face that It is not her fault for the death of my mom. It’s not like I’m blaming her. I was just explaining why I missed my appointment last time.
I purchased a groupon For diamond tip microdermabrasion in early August. My mistake was that I should've made an appointment right away, but I still tried to make an appointment through calling this past week. After playing phone tag for 3 days, they finally got in touch with me. Of course, they had no appointments left for the weekend which I understand and thought I would give the voucher to a family member because my (now) Fiancé is moving in 2 weeks and I came down to visit. After I asked if they can inform me if someone cancels which They did called me back. I was told Saturday there were 2 appointments: 2:45 and 3:15 pm. Each appointment would be 30 min each which makes sense especially if it's back to back. I did not receive any confirmation emails or text message, and trusted that everything was in place. Then at 2:45, when my fiancé and I were four minutes away I got a text message saying that my appointment was canceled. I immediately called and informed them that we were only four minutes away. Which I was told my appointment was at 2:30 and we missed the appointment. I told the girl I was speaking with (I think her name is Sarah) that I was never texted about the appointment and I could show her that I only recognized the cancellation text, and if there's anything we could do instead of the facials. I was placed on hold and a very rude woman came on, and said we missed our appointment, they could only take 1 of us and there was nothing they could do. Plus she made it seem like it was going to take ages to fill out consent forms. Therefore there was no time for an additional service plus theyre booked. We came in and again I informed them that I was told 2:45 and offered to show them my phone. No reply on that. Took no accountability for their mistakes or that their system screwed up because I never got the messages. Nothing. This was supposed to be a little something nice because we just got engaged and this definitely put a damper on the weekend. Even if they were taking some accountability and showed some warmth, I would've totally been fine. But it was just so dry and unprofessional. I understand that there are appointments and things are usually booked on Saturdays but it wasn't my fault. I even showed them the text I sent to my fiancée confirming if 2:45 was ok (Ill attach the text) and told them the entire conversation I had with their employee the Thursday of that week.
I’ve always had a great experience here! With naturally thick hair, I’m genuinely impressed by how much less hair is growing — it’s down to almost nothing. Their laser technology is clearly up to date and really effective. The staff is always kind, professional, and efficient. Jennifer was my technician and was very kind and professional. I’m in and out quickly every time. Highly recommend! 🫶🏼
