I came to Euro Tech Electronics after unsuccessfully trying to install an aftermarket steering wheel myself. Not only did I mess up the installation, but it also turned out there was an underlying issue with the steering system. The team here was incredibly professional and handled everything with precision and care. They systematically diagnosed and fixed the problem, explaining everything along the way. Exceptional service brought two vehicle within the last year. One for a remote starter and a motorcycle project for rewiring. The shop was extremely quick, flexible, knowledgeable and helpful for my projects. I did receive daily updates and exceptional quality of work. Review From a 10+ Years Customer: Euro Tech is like a lawyer on retainer for mechanical services, without the retainer cost! I call immediately as soon as I see something that's ''off'' with my vehicle(s), and I know the advice I'm getting can be trusted. If the issue(s) requires repairs, I will make plans to bring the vehicle to Euro Tech from Toronto! Yes, that's how good the service is. So let's be honest, if there's an issue with a vehicle do you smile because you're so happy to know it will cost hard-earned money?- Probably not, but knowing that you will receive the best possible advice from someone who's passionate about their trade, honest and pays attention to details definitely does bring some level of peace of mind and ultimately makes the situation easier to manage. FACTS: 1. Euro Tech fixed issues on my vehicles that even the dealership could not resolve! 2. If my vehicle requires extensive repairs, I'll even plan my trips to fly from Montreal vs Toronto (where I live) so I can drop off my vehicle to Euro Tech and I know that when I get back it will be in showroom condition. Does that say enough of the service level? 3. I've saved 10s of thousands of dollars by trusting Euro Tech to fix my vehicles, including a track-focused one. 4. My last repairs on my ''workhorse'' would have cost me around $15,000 if done by a dealership, I saved around $6,000 because of Euro Tech and something called INITIATIVE (very difficult to find). 5. I've never met anyone as passionate and dedicated to their craft as Ludwig, he once changed my interior door handle because he didn't like the ''feel'' because the materials were starting to show some wear! -At no charge! 6. SOMEONE YOU CAN COUNT ONE, RELIABLE: I was once selling a vehicle and it needed new components for the next day for the sale to go through. I called Ludwig for a miracle at around 15:30 pm, he knew it was important for me so he re-arranged his schedule, ordered and picked up the necessary components from the dealership. That evening it wasn't possible for him to do the work from his workshop, so he offered to do the work from his house's driveway that evening... He was under my car, in the rain until 23:00 pm to make sure the job was completed successfully. - My vehicle was sold the next morning. This is the definition of exception service and customer experience. If you are reading this review, I'm a customer for life and I'm sure you will become one as well if you choose Euro Tech for your specialized needs.
