Exceptional service every time. I really appreciate how personable staff is each time. Repairs are completed quickly, usually within 24–48 hours, and the customer service is excellent. I’m always fully informed about my vehicle. I never hesitate to bring my Rover here to be fixed.
I have used this place for about a decade now and I always leave very satisfied. Often times, my experience is even better than it would be at BMW of Dallas. This is my only car repair place that I will even patron (for non warranty repairs) due to honesty, knowledge for the scope of work, and the friendly people who work here. I have even been quoted one price and came to pick my car up and it was a bit less, which is always a pleasant surprise when you expect to spend a pretty penny on your vehicle. I cannot recommend these guys enough! And of course I will return for any work to my vehicles in the future.
These guys are great! Pricing is fair and the quality of work is solid. I had them replace my brakes and they did a great job at half the cost of the dealership. Friendly and honest service goes a long way. Highly recommend!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. John is the best, hands down honest and his integrity speaks volumes. Since finding John and his staff at this location I will never take my Range Rover anywhere else. I can’t tell you how much I thank everyone here for providing superior service. They are truly the best!
I traveled to Dallas from Miami to purchase a 911 991.1 from a local gentleman. Decided to take the vehicle to European Service Center for a PPI since it was close to where the car was located. The team here did an amazing job with answering all the questions I had about the car before, during, and after the inspection. Price was completely fair and they issued me the complete report of the inspections with pictures and everything. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it back home, I was happy to see a message from them asking if I got back home safely. The level of attentiveness that John and Alex have is unmatched. I wish I can clone them and the shop and have them back home in Miami. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks John and Alex!
