I had an amazing experience with Hannah, my wax specialist. She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish and explained everything so well. She was very informative, gentle, and professional. The place was spotless and everyone there was incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend booking with Hannah because she is the best!
Bought a package for the wifey a couple years ago, and when her previous specialist left, who was great, I was unsure if I would need to renew for the year. But thanks to Hannah, wifey had nothing to worry about. She's absolutely amazing!!
European Wax Center on Alliance (Heritage Trace Pkwy) was Amazing. My 1st time getting a WAX. Upper Back and Stomach. Megan did a phenomenal job. My stomach feels Super Soft No Pain thru process = the WAX and No Rash. She also took her time to get it right. Very Professional job. Very friendly. I enjoyed the experience very much and also chatting with Megan. was very pleasant. She was able to finish in about 15-20 minutes for both Back and Stomach. But my Favorite Associate was Kendall. Soooo friendly warm and smiley. Just a Brunette Barbie doll. Even the 2nd WAX specialist Blonde was very nice too.
Moriah was exceptional from start to finish! She greeted me with warmth and made me feel completely comfortable right away. Before beginning my Brazilian wax, she offered to trim me — something no one has ever offered before — and it truly made the process smoother and less painful. She also provided a stress ball to help manage the discomfort, another thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Moriah made me feel genuinely prioritized throughout the session. She maintained great conversation, ensured I was at ease, and even took time afterward to share hygiene tips for maintaining smooth results between visits. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had at any European Wax Center. I’ll definitely continue booking with Moriah!
Did my first Brazilian today with Aalyah & she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and explained the aftercare process really well to me. She was super easy to talk to and I will for be back to see her every 4-6 weeks! Thank you Aalyah for making such a vulnerable experience so easy and comfortable ! :)
