First time using EurWerks for our Audi Q3 after a bad experience at the Audi of Cool Springs Dealership. Very transparent regarding pricing and service. Everyone was friendly and the repairs were done on time!
Well......I thought I had found my mechanic. TRUST and ACCOUNTABILITY are important. Sorry to report they failed on both. Buyer beware!!!! I used them for two jobs totaling $6,447.25 Their transfer case fluid change triggered an unknown issue by me with my brand of car. The issue never existed until they serviced it. Making the car jitter at low speeds. They agreed it was not doing this jittering when I gave them my Porsche. They asked me to work through Porsche because it was a known issue. I did and Porsche cut the bill in half. I asked that they split the fix ($1250) because their service brough on the issue. THEY HID! They broke it and acted as if they would help me in the beginning and quickly turned all blame to Porsche. SHE...THE OWNER left my family with a new bill at Christmas time. CRAZY! They break my car with their service then say PEACE! I have a small claims court issue here. BE CAREFUL! Accountability is not in their vocab! Sad deal. And for $1250 they are willing to lose customers with 4 European cars. A head scratcher. U Should Know!
Really great place. I have a 3 yr old Mercedes with an oil leak. They checked the entire car and sent estimate with detailed photos. Very impressed. They completed the work in a couple days and was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend! A++
Thank God for Eurwerks. My little BMW was bleeding to death. As usual, they diagnosed and fixed my problems ( dying water pump and thermostat) quickly and accurately. I sure am glad to have my little car back. Thank you Eurwerks. Keep up the great work.
It was my second time at EurWerk. This time was for some serious electrical issue. They were fast and efficient. Price was reasonable.I would recommend them to anyone with a foreign car
