EventWorks was the best choice we could’ve made for our 10/5 wedding! They were affordable, and had beautiful options to fit our theme. Katherine was so patient, friendly, and attentive with every detail and change I wanted to make, and answered every silly question I had in the process!
My experience with Event Works was deeply disappointing and incredibly stressful—especially considering this was for my daughter’s baby shower, a once-in-a-lifetime moment meant to be joyful and special. They were supposed to deliver tables and chairs well in advance of the event, but instead, they arrived over three hours late. I waited until 8 PM, exhausted and anxious. What made it worse was that they tried to reschedule the delivery for the next morning—as if a baby shower could just be postponed. There was no sense of urgency, no sincere apology, and not even a refund for the delivery fee. I felt completely let down by a company I trusted to help create a memorable day. I wouldn't recommend Event Works to anyone planning a meaningful event—you deserve better.
EventWorks was great to work with! They made the planning process easy and fun, they are very communicative, the delivery and pickup was smooth and easy, and our wedding looked absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!
We absolutely love Alexis and EventWorks over at Nissan Stadium! They are reliable, very quick to respond, and always are happy to work with us and our tight timelines. They have been our go to lately for all things rentals. It's exciting they continue to grow their company and inventory to provide new options. We look forward to continue to work with them often!
Eventworks was the best rental company we could have used for our wedding! From the process of choosing all of our products, to changing my mind several times prior to the day, and the day of was just seamless which is just what you want on your wedding day. I couldn't have asked for any better and the products were BEAUTIFUL! Alexis was the best and so helpful during this process. 10/10 recommend
