Not a go to experience for my wedding. Things got hectic ( like all weddings) and the wasn’t able to pickup the rentals in a timely manner. As I explained the situation, instead of a straight up answer, EventWorks first honored the request but follow up with unanswered emails and calls until We were not able to get the a refund for the items. Not recommended for your big event.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I rented 130 whitewashed chairs, a 20x20 white dance floor, a large white chair, and 130 charger plates from EventWorks Orlando, and everything turned out absolutely perfect! I didn’t get to meet the crew in person because the day was such a whirlwind, but when I walked into the reception, I was blown away. Everything looked exactly how I imagined it. The white dance floor was stunning and looked so elegant in the space. I had originally planned to go with Chiavari chairs, but I switched to the whitewashed chairs, and I am so happy I did. They were gorgeous and completely elevated the look of the space. I also decided to add charger plates last minute, and I am so glad I did because they made the tables look amazing. I worked with Jess Metz, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and always responded to me very quickly, which made the whole process so easy. The entire team was kind and patient with all my updates and changes, and they made sure everything turned out just right. While they were not always easy to reach by phone, they were quick to respond by email and always followed up after I left a voicemail. Everything was delivered, set up, and broken down right on schedule. I am so grateful for how smoothly it all went. EventWorks helped bring my vision to life, and everything looked beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone planning an event. Thank you so much for everything!
