I had an wonderful experiencia with Nathan and John they helpd me with a car lockout.
Overpriced and bent my key!!. called someone to unlock my car said he would tell me the price first then charge but all he did was push my window down with my help and he bent my main key and charged me close to $100 i’m now having trouble putting the key back in my remote.🤦🏾♂️
Seriously called twice to see how much it is to make duplicate and they hanged the phone. Like seriously just say why you cant just because yes one says do not but it works for my own hows key. You guys dont even know where i have this lock to open and its inside my room. But its cool, instead you rsther hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation with any info on my end. I didnt even needed service in the first place so. Dont act like you didnt hear me when i said it in the 1st call i did. One simply question and I get this level of customer service. You guys are a joke.
Gerrit did a great job replacing my deadbolt with my new keypad lock. I highly recommend this company for any lock situations. He got here lightening fast!
