We had such an amazing time at EVO Entertainment! We came for arcade games and dinner, and everything—from the food to the service, was incredible. The manager (I’m so sorry, I forgot his name!) was seriously the coolest person ever. He was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. All of the staff were super sweet and helpful, and the energy in the arcade was so fun. The food was delicious too, way better than your typical entertainment spot.
My family and I came to EVO Entertainment to enjoy a movie, but the experience was anything but enjoyable. I ordered a simple Long Island Iced Tea at 1:47 PM, fully expecting it to be brought to me once it was ready. After waiting far longer than reasonable, I went to the bar at 2:07 PM to check on it. The bartender confidently told me he had already sent it out except he hadn’t. My drink was just sitting there, getting watered down and completely ruined. When I pointed it out, all I got was a half-hearted, “my bad, sorry,” as if that somehow fixed the issue. For a place that promotes a “premium experience,” the service here was far from it. Lesson learned: never order alcoholic beverages here and never expect exceptional service, because you won’t get it. EVO seriously needs to think about retraining their staff and raising their service standards. I’m seriously reconsidering giving this establishment any future business.
This was our first visit to EVO. It’s seems to be a nice facility. It’s entertainment and dining all in one facility. It has a movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, concession with hot food,bar, and grill. There are plenty of games in the arcade. The staff is nice and accommodating. Some of the seats are in need of reupholstery. We ordered wings, but the cold when they arrived and the manager and staff apologize and redid the order. The move was great!it’s a must see Sarah’s Oil. Thank for your help today to resolve the issue with our order.
1st time , great service over all. We came for a party family of 10+ , did some bowling . Food was 👍🏼 drink refills took a minute it service was great ! Manager was very nice. Loved the Superman costume of the young man up front . Definitely would make the drive from SA to come back
Kids and some adults had a great time at my granddaughter's birthday party. It's a bit expensive but everything is now days. The pizza was the worst I've ever had! There was sweet tea, lemonade, and soda but nothing sugar-free. Wings were good. For the money, it should have included cake or ice-cream. Overall, I wouldn't spend the money. There are much better deals out there. But I'm glad my grandkids had fun.
