The vet tech and doctor that helped me and my dog Baxter were great. I hadn't been to this place before so I didn't know they don't accept cash. Instead of telling me to get my finances straight and come back when they are they took me and Baxter straight to an exam room and got started. We worked out payment after Baxter was seen. It's so nice when someone knows that you are having a hard time and doesn't make extra obstacles. They treated Baxter with lots of TLC. They also understood that I had a limited budget and helped me with him instead of up selling me on procedures I couldn't afford. I will definitely refer family and friends. Thanks for being so kind to Baxter and me
The staff was very very gentle and helpful with my 12lb dog who was in excruciating pain from his neck injury. Dr Kingery gave very detailed information and Luna the RVT was as well very hospitable during my visit
Last night I had to bring my 80lbs tortoise in for urgent care, his eyes were right and his breathing was off, Dr. Waller and her staff were AMAZING!!!! She was honest, upfront, kind, caring, compassionate and most affordable urgent care I have EVER brought my animals too!!! Her office is100% going to be my go to for after hours emergencies! Thank you all again from the bottom of this worried tortoise moms heart for everything last night! Picture of my beast for credit 🐢
Had such a good experience here! Walked in with my sick kitten and was seen very quickly even though it was late at night, absolutely wonderful stuff extremely friendly and really loved my kitten and she loved them! Will be coming back here in the future if need be!
A great experience at EVS this past weekend. The ladies working on Saturday were great. I have a particularly sassy cat that needed X-rays and the team was so great with her. They handled her with patience and kindness. Gave me a ton of helpful information and a care plan for my feline that was on budget for what I could afford. I even got a call back the next day from the doctor to check on her. I’ve never experienced that kind of care and service from a pet urgent care. Thank you for love and care that came from EVS. Vela is doing better and resting comfortably and Mama can finally breathe again. If we ever have another pet emergency, this will be my first call!!
