I was able to schedule the repair easily and only had to wait one day. The technician kept me informed of his arrival time and showed up on time. He was friendly and courteous. He was proficient in diagnosing the problem with my Sharp drawer microwave. The computer board was bad. He gave me options on whether to purchase a new part or a new microwave. I chose to order the part. He ordered it, then returned in 4 days to install the new part. He was fast and skilled. I am very pleased and will continue to use this service for any appliance repairs.
This is by far the fastest, easiest and most professional kitchen appliance service I’ve had to date. We have a 42” Jenn Air built in refrigerator that went down over the July 4 weekend. I texted on a Sunday night… got a reply back the same night … and Sergii was over on Tuesday. He had to order parts which he did and came back promptly and without me having to follow up. Repaired the unit, offered a direct number to contact him with issues, and completed the work with no mess. Very impressed with him and this company. The price was competitive too.
Maksim is very knowledgeable and polite. He very quickly can diagnose the problem and figure out what is needed for any repairs. He is my go to tech for any issues with my appliances! He suggested that I clean the coils. This is an after and before.
