Horrible wait time. They also said my insurance was 'denied' for what i was being see for and made me pay upfront (even though i later i got a refund from my insurance because they DID cover that service) then a month later they try to bill my card for extra money without any explanation? I then tried to call them on the phone and they said I now owed the random invoice sent to me AS WELL AS what I had ALREADY paid in office. Shady.
They took tests, then 2 days later I called to ask for the status and found out that they forgot to send out the tests to the lab. So I had to go back to get tested again which means waiting another several days while being in pain. There is also a young lady working there that is incredibly rude and should not be in the healthcare industry.
I was relieved that this branch of Exer Urgent Care had its own private parking which was easily accessible. Its location is in a quiet, less congested neighborhood. What a pleasure to find such a clean, organized clinic with such a friendly, helpful staff. This is so important, especially for a senior citizen trying to deal with medical issues efficiently and with the least amount of stress. The doctor appeared within a short amount of time and treated me with patience and respect. His prescribed tests and antibiotic medications were right on the mark. Result? - I'm definitely on the road to recovery. Thank you doctor and staff! Through the years, I've tried three other urgent care clinics, but this place definitely has set a high bar.
Don't recommend walk ins, your wait time will be upwards of 3 hours to be seen if you are lucky. They say they prioritize based on the severity of the alignment but that's also a lie. They will not provide updates or any type of communication what so ever, much better off going to an actual ER. Good part is they will make you attach a credit card for payment before they let you see how long you have to wait and charge you the cost of visit before any type of communication on when you will be seen. Nothing urgent about the care, so the name is really misleading; should definitely be called "Maybe we Care"?
I've been a client of this urgent care for over two years. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and they have knowledgeable doctors. The place is clean. I saw Dr. Sharon today, and it was refreshing to see a female doctor with such a friendly attitude. I would suggest that they prominently display signage encouraging the use of masks for all people inside the clinic.
