I love Exige. Been a client for years. After trying several places, this is my favourite. The environment is peaceful and they play ambient music with zero talking! Because the space is divided by curtains, there can be no loud noises, and only whispering is allowed to let them know to increase or decrease pressure. I also love that they provide a menu of free options to add to your massage (see photo). I request all of them and the entire massage is nicely paced out over a 90-min appointment (if you so choose). High recommend, and I look forward to my next massage!
I recently visited for a treatment with Lynn, and I am absolutely blown away by the results! I believe she performed a buccal massage, and her technique is incredible. She hit every single pressure point with precision and just the right amount of strength. The session was so relaxing, and I could feel the tension in my face melting away. Immediately after the massage, my face felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. Most importantly, I could see an instant "slimming" effect—my face looked more lifted and contoured right away. If you’re looking for someone professional who truly understands facial anatomy and delivers real results, Lynn is the one to see. I’ll definitely be back! 5 stars!
The Staff and team are amazing. They were super kind and helpful with helping me find the building. As well as expanding the benefits and type of treatment I was looking for. Lynn my massage therapist was phenomenal. She was very attentive and made sure I was enjoying the entire time. They offer tons of amazing different options for massage and more. Will be returning again and would highly recommend ! :)
As a massage therapist, I’ve seen many practitioners for deep tissue and cupping and I always ended up disappointed. Eric at EXIGE is exceptional I have been seeing him for a year now and every visit is worth of my time. His professionalism and technique is above and beyond His pressure, and ability to find exactly what needed attention were outstanding. He delivered precisely what my body needed, and I left the session feeling light, relieved, and restored. Highly recommended if you haven’t tried Eric I promise you will never be disappointed.
