After being given the runaround by a couple of other plumbing companies, I was so relieved to find Expert Plumbing & Drain Services. It was a pleasure working with a company that communicated clearly, and delivered quality work. Their level of service went above and beyond in every way prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. I want to give a huge thank-you to Bradley (he goes by Brad). The first person who came out wasn’t able to fix the issue and honestly didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Brad came in after that and had everything fixed within an hour. Because of him, I now have running water again with no backups, no sewage smell, and no standing water. He was professional, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He absolutely deserves a raise, and from now on I’ll be asking for him directly. Thank you so much, Brad!

I cannot say enough good things about Expert Plumbing and Drain Services! This company has blown me away with their professionalism, courtesy, kindness, and work ethic! First, they helped me in an emergency situation when my usual plumbers couldn't be bothered to help. So, I decided to give them more business and I am SO glad I did! Derrick and Joseph installed my new tankless water heaters and they worked tirelessly and with excellence. I am seriously impressed. Not only did they do a great job installing my water heaters, but they also capped a gas line and replaced four hose-bibs for me. Expert Plumbing has a new, loyal customer in me! I highly recommend them!
