I pulled in to get an inspection and the crew welcomed me before I turned inside. They were very kind and direct. They got what they needed and went straight to work. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs something done in a hurry. Awesome crew and nice environment.
John and Justin were excellent! I came in for an oil change and also had a nail in my tire. They provided fast, efficient service and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Both were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely be back!
Went to Express today because my tire kept leaking air. They saw I had a screw in my tire and offered to put in a patch for me. They are the best! I was in and out in less than 15 min., super friendly guys and best customer service. I will always come to this Express for all my car’s maintenance needs! Thank you for your help today Ricky!!
Amazing service today during my vehicle inspection. Fast, friendly, and very thorough. I was immediately greeted and taken care of by the dream team (John, Justin, & Jessica). I came here after visiting two different AutoZone locations that couldn’t replace my battery—one didn’t have anyone who knew how, and the other couldn’t even get the hood open. As soon as I arrived, Justin greeted me right away and provided seamless service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Although the total cost was $100 more than AutoZone’s, the smooth experience made it well worth it.
