Express PlumbingHeatingAir sent out Ricardo Almeida and Cole Derby to manage the health of my plumbing and heating systems. They were both thorough and professional. They answered all my questions and provided photos and a video to explain their work. I certainly recommend Express to take care of your house!
We had a plumbing emergency where a utility company destroyed 30 feet of my sewer pipe in my yard that connected to the main city line. We didn't know what was happening at first, and I called express and they sent over a technician and he was there within 2 hours. Very pleased with what they were able to do and they fixed everything in two days and got us back connected. I want to give a shout out to Simon and David for all they did to get the fix done in ONE day! Crazy fast and it passed inspection. And Mason was great with communication and all the clean up of the area. Great emergency service!
Have used Express Plumbing twice in the past few months. Always prompt, excellent and professional service. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. Issue 1: Luke K was our most recent technician dealing with a kitchen sink clog. Luke did a thorough assessment of our plumbing inside and underneath house. Luke cleared the initial clog with a snake and then we opted for a more complete "jet sprayer" cleaning of the kitchen plumbing as our home is 20+ years old and the kitchen sink/drain/plumbing as seen a ton of use. Luke was very professional, courteous, timely, and cleaned up after he was done under the sink. Great service as always! Issue 2: Discovered a small leak in the main house pressure regulator valve. Called Express plumbing and they were on site within an hour. Dylan F, our service technician, was awesome! Very professional and courteous. He replaced the pressure valve assembly and two other aging brass fittings he found during his visit in just a couple of hours. We will use Express plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. A++++
Booked a yearly service contract with Express Plumbing and Heating and scheduled my heating maintenance. The earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks out. I scheduled it and received a text alert asking me to confirm the day prior, which I did. I was given a 4 hour window that the technician would arrive. Three hours into the four hour window, I received a text that the technician would not be able to make due to an issue on another job. While I had hoped Express Plumbing and Heating would be better than other AC companies in the Treasure Valley, unfortunately, they fall right in line with many. They just don't show and think apologizing makes it okay that they waisted your time waiting for them to show. Fail to show for an appointment you make and you will be charged a fee. I requested my payment I had to make in advance back and was informed I would be mailed a check. So just another way to inconvenience you rather than refunding it to the original payment method. I do not recommend booking service with this company.
My experience with Express Plumbing was very positive! Ricardo was so polite,friendly,and sweet. He explained every thing and asked for my consent before proceeding with any work. I felt absolutely no pressure from him to do any of the work I decided on. He did a great job and cleaned up well afterward. We had a nice chat afterwards and he was even nice to my dogs 🤗 I highly recommend this business!
