Almost every game we went to just ate our money. There were barely any employees anywhere. The games were all broken in some sort of way. When we were asking what experience would be the best the lady at front counter was snobby. We got a $38 pass for go-karts, lazer tag, XD experience and Rock wall. The XD game only had 2 seats that worked out of the maybe 10 seats. We waited at the Rock Wall for 5 minutes and no one was near it. We asked since they were closing soon if we could just do the go-karts again since there wouldn't be time for anything else and they refused to let us, as "you already did it once? oh we can't let you do it again." They did accommodate and let us do Lazer tag and stay 2 minutes pass closing but Ian was not much help. My issue is why offer a $3 more card for certain things that don't even work.
They need to get it together. Almost half the games were out of order. The games that were out of order still used some of the payment card. The worst part is the race cars. This is the second time that we have come to use the race cars and been unable to. They don't post the track times or availability. You have to pay at the front of the building for your first race and the second at the the track. When we rang up for the race, they overcharged us, it took 20 minutes, then they started the race without us. And it took 4 workers at the front to even ring us up. They said the next race available was well over an hour away. The whole race car set up is disorganized and chaos. We were there for hours and only saw 3 races. They would make a lot more money if they have a better system and the games worked.
Not a terrible place for what you pay for. We've come a few times. The last two times there was at least one birthday party and we were told we couldn't get the use of the Go-Karts. Disappointing when you have a small group of kids wanting to use them. The photo is from the last time we went. Not a soul on the track, but we were told they had to keep the Go-Karts available. Aside from Go-Kart gate, it's good for the kids and does offer food options on site.
Absolute honest review is not bad. I went with my husband on our quick weekend trip. We wanted to kill sometime before dinner. We spent $4 for him to rock climb, which was good. Cheap, it’s not a huge and very exciting wall. But he had fun, said the last two courses were pretty tough. Then we spent $40 on an arcade card. I was a little annoyed at first. They do have a lot of broken/out of order machines. So I was a bit annoyed thinking I wasted money. Surprisingly we had a lot of fun regardless. We spent about two hours playing. The $40 really stretched. Most games were $1-$1.25, games I’ve seen at arcades back home will be around 9-10 credits. We played some of the vr games like Jurassic park. Which we never play at other arcades due to the cost. In the end spent an extra $10 to re-charge the card cause we were having so much fun. That still lasted us another 10-15 minutes. Ended up winning 1723 points. The redemption area is I would say as expected. Pretty overpriced, but I definitely expect that from any arcade. We got a pack of peach candies, nerds gummy clusters, nerds rope, and a ring pop. Definitely not $50 worth of candy. But we did have fun, my husband hardly enjoys arcades but actually left talking about how fun this was. We left to get dinner somewhere else. But I will say the food area seemed reasonably priced. I paid less than $3 for a cup of soda. Found out as I paid its bottomless refills which I liked.
Not a bad fun center for the valley area! Offering a great selection of fun events and a fair arcade. My favorite was the giant pac man! Call me old fashioned but did about 36 rounds on it hah! Worth a visit with some young people. Go karts are hard to get on busy night or weekends so beware. This was our experience!
