Kody was absolutely incredible! One of my units completely froze up and Kody found & fixed 31 (not a typo) breaks throughout the house to get the heat restored! Very grateful for his help & dedication to getting this unit back up & running!
While my husband traveling for work and I was home alone with our two babes, a pipe on our boiler flooded an area in our basement. I called, very stressed, and was greeted by a kind and empathetic woman who quickly got me scheduled. Joe, our service tech, went above and beyond to make sure repairs were made quickly and to prevent the water from damaging the adjacent area again. All while being quiet while my kids napped. I always feel at ease with a service team like this on call when the inevitable husband traveling disaster strikes.
Kyle was amazing—very knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. He doesn’t leave the job until it’s done right. His level of excellence truly shows in everything he does. Extreme Heating & Air, Inc. has an excellent technicians and I would definitely recommend Kyle and Extreme Heating & Air, Inc, for all of my HVAC needs.
Extreme Heating & Air was easy to get ahold of, explained their process thoroughly, and gave one hour time windows for their arrival which is great as a busy parent with other schedules to juggle. The text reminders with the names of the techs that would be coming to my house made me feel informed and safe. The technicians were kind and professional, explaining things to me and quoting exact prices once my issue was diagnosed. I appreciated their know how and how quickly they resolved the problem we had with our garage heater. They were flexible with scheduling, giving me several days and times that I could choose from and arrived within their stated window both times they came out (for diagnosis and with parts). They also took time to explain what they did and encouraged me to call with any concerns. Thanks for your diligence and professionalism!
Aaron and a lot of the people that work there are fantastic and do a great job. For them I would give 5 stars. Clint is the reason I’m giving 2 and I would give 1 star for him. He was extremely extremely rude on the phone very condescending. We had to switch contractors half way through our fireplace remodel and extreme heat when going through this was very understanding and worked well with us but when Clint came back from his 3 week vacation when I went to schedule the final framing he was rude and not professional at all making rude remarks about having to send guys over multiple times without mentioning the fact that they forgot to plug in the gas so had to come back out. That they would reschedule our appointment without even telling us so we waited for them and no one would show up. He said well we don’t have any openings for 2 weeks to finish it so oh well. And sure enough when it was the day of the apt 2 weeks later they didn’t come! And 30 min past the time they were suppose to come out and finish it he called saying no one was coming!!! I knew that would happen. Almost like he was trying to prove a point. My husband had to miss work waiting for them and for them to call after they were already suppose to be there was very unprofessional. So Clint was awful the rest was fine. Fireplace instal looks great though.
