Great place to buy rims and tires for your car. Professional service. We have been coming here for over 15 years back when the original owner was still there. Over time they had their downfalls but now they are smooth and reliable. Price is competitive and good stock of tires and rims
I had a bad experience with Factory Tire. Last year I went to change the two front tires and they changed them Allright but they took out my wheel key hex nut and they installed two old rusty regular nuts. Then I went this year and I told them to change my two front tires front to back and the two new ones in the front... Well they had me there all day; I was the last one there they told me that they had ordered new ones. I saw that they brought in my car that they were working on it. They bought my car out. Then they said that the tires were on the way. There was no other people there. They parked my car in the front both tires were wet they seem to be new but two days later you could tell that they were used. Then I wrote a couple of emails the I told the Owner Mr Morgan that I was going to go in person a bit later that day. I got there and they told me he had already left. Then This guy that seemed to be like from India told me he was the manager and he would get me new tires. We went out to look at the car and I showed him. Then he took me to and said that he was going to change the then then he saw the email that his boss send me. Then he told me to stop yelling; and I was speaking at my normal voice. Then he bullied me out of the office and told me to get the hell out. So I am Never Going There Ever Again. So no stars for you Mr Morgan!!!
I had an amazing experience at this tire shop! I came in for winter tires, and Andrew took great care of me from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and helped me choose the best tires for my car and my budget. The installation was quick, and the service was super friendly. My car feels so much safer and smoother now. If you need winter tires or any tire service, definitely ask for Andrew he knows his stuff and makes the whole process easy. Highly recommend this place!
I’ve bought my all seasons and winters from here. Had an issue with my tire leaking air brought it in and they thought it was an old plug gone bad and replaced the plug. Next day tire was flat again I brought it back and they found a crack in the rim. Ended up de mounting the old tire on my full sized spare and put my newer tire on the spare and then mounted it to the car on the house for the trouble of me coming back twice and being late to work. They made sure I was taken care of, I will be returning and recommending to everyone. Thanks again Factory Tire!

They quickly assessed my vehicle and even showed me the nail in the tire before getting started on the repair. I really appreciated how efficient they were.
