Five stars may be the limit on Google, but they’re not enough for Bill. I had an exceptional experience with Bill taking care of my case. We contacted Bill for a severe auto accident that ended up with a totalled truck & injury to my husband while he was helping his mother in Michigan. We live in Indiana so I had no idea what to do. It wasn't our fault but their insurance was refusing to pay. Bill called me back after I filled out a contact form within about 15mins. He met with my husband in person, represented us & we never had to worry about anything. Even a few years later, I left a message about another issue we were having and asked advice. Bill was wonderful helping me get a settlement for my teenage son. He was given the wrong Shake at a Steak and Shake restaurant that caused a severe anaphylactic reaction. He had to be rushed to the ER. Bill dealt with their insurance company to get the medical bills covered and handled all interactions and correspondence. Bill was great in helping me with my dog bite case. I was bit on while on the job delivering for Amazon and he made it very easy for me through the whole process. He explained everything very well and was always very good with communication, keeping me up to date and answering any questions I had.
