I love this place. They were so helpful over the phone, finding the books my niece asked for. They put them aside and it was so easy! Thanks for all your help. I miss the Ranchlands branch, but visiting the Inglewood store is always fun. So much to look at and so many cool books and videos. I could spend hours there.
Absolutely loved this place...it was like heaven..any book lovers out there and haven't checked this place..come and check it out ...its large , lots of collection and spacious too...you will find all your fiction , non fiction , world books.. the staff are polite, so full of cheers abd smiles.. And if you have done reading you can bring back the books to get half your money back and many other deals too...check them and support if you love books..
What a lovely experience every visit has been! They are dog friendly and even just the look at all the memorabilia has been awesome. The staff are super friendly and the rustic atmosphere I find is very calming. Even if you aren’t buying books. There is a limited amount of parking in the front but I believe some up on the back which has to be accessed through the set of lights at the Dean Teahouse. I have always been able to park in the front so I am not sure if they are labelled as there are I think three other stores in that specific area. Hence the four stars (but not their fault).
First time ever coming here and not my last... This is the most amazing book store I have ever been into. Had a tour by the owner learned alot of the cool things they have collected over the 38 years they have been there. If you haven't been here make sure you come check them out.
a friend recommended this place to me as i was visiting calgary. my first impression was that it was just really fun: the book statue, the sign out front, and the general presentation all were welcoming. i was looking for Star Trek paperbacks and was not disappointed! there was an awesome scifi/fantasy selection in general. three staff at the checkout also mentioned that they have a membership, where regular customers can earn rewards, which i love. will definitely be back the next time i'm in town 📚❤️
