Family Flower Shop was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially since I was out of state. The flower arrangement was delivered right on time and was absolutely beautiful. Their customer service was unmatched—they patiently answered all of my questions and reassured me every step of the way that the arrangement would arrive as promised. I would highly recommend this small business for your next event. They truly went above and beyond and were nothing short of amazing.

At first I had to cancel my original order 20 minutes after it was placed but the shop had no problem refunding me and were very nice and accommodating. Once I figured out I still needed the order fulfilled the next day (and it was time sensitive although they didn’t know that part), flowers were delivered within 4 hours and the recipients were floored about how stunning they were. Matched the description on their page, fast and efficient delivery, and great customer service. Will use them again, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for saving the day guys!

We ordered several wreaths from Family Flower Shop for my father-in-law’s funeral and were extremely pleased with the results. The arrangements were beautiful, especially the custom pillow-shaped wreath, which was a special request. It turned out even more stunning than we imagined. Ivy was very responsive, patient, and offered helpful suggestions throughout the entire process. Their care and professionalism really stood out during such a difficult time for our family. I ordered a medium casket spray and a medium funeral wreath for my mom’s service, and both arrangements were absolutely beautiful—fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully done. The florist even gifted us two small boutonnieres, which was such a kind and generous gesture. Everything was delivered on time and with great care. Their compassion and attention to detail truly made a difference during a very emotional time. I highly recommend showing them a photo of the style you have in mind—they did an amazing job bringing our vision to life.

Ivy created beautiful floral arrangements for an intimate family viewing ceremony for my dad who sadly passed away last weekend. We ordered a casket arrangement and two ‘flower purses’ (one each from my brother and I) for a very reasonable price and with only a few days’ notice. At the end of the day, (& one iteration) Ivy delivered flowers that were so lovely, we each took one arrangement home after the ceremony! Most importantly, the flowers added some joy and beauty to our family event. I am so grateful Ivy was able to make my mom so happy with her flowers 💐. Thank you!
