I purchased my Honda Navi here and the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and welcoming — no pressure, just good people who genuinely want to help. Shoutout to the service department too. Jorge took care of my first 600-mile maintenance and he was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was being done and answer my questions. Bought a rebel 500. I'm loving every second of riding it. They didn't have one in stock, but Andrew in sales got one ordered exactly how I wanted it and communicated with me through the whole thing. The day I got the bike (about 2 weeks later) Andrew got me set up with parts department, service, finance, and insurance, and the whole team got me taken care of in maybe 30 minutes. No hassle, no bs, just bam bam bam. Thank you guys for everything!
