I worked with Beth and could not have been luckier! I began my search for a home in May and looked at a few in Sunland Springs Village. I found my dream home before realizing I didn't have my financials together the way I wanted them to be and stalled on making an offer. I then saw the home listed as "contingent" and thought I had lost it. About a month later it was re-listed and I immediately contacted Beth who confirmed it was back on the market. Because I thought I had lost out on the home, I still didn't have it together! Beth was kind, thoughtful and patient with me while I worked to get it together. Once I was ready to make an offer, the home was off the market. Again, I immediately contacted Beth who explained that the owner pulled it off the market but was still taking offers. Whew! With her help, I made the offer and I am now the proud owner of my dream home! I could not have done this without Beth! Working with her was an absolute pleasure! She went above and beyond to guide me through the home buying process and was always available to answer my endless questions with patience. Her deep knowledge of the market and the community helped me secure my dream home. But what impressed me the most was how much she truly cared, not just about closing a deal but about making sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. Lisa Jones sold me this home I’ll never be able to have a family in. She has no family values and is no family friend. I’m just going to move in with my mom since they helped me buy a house that is unlivable. Their advice is to sue open door lmao for $375 an hour. I got an American dream home mortgage and Lisa jones and Craig Ahlstrom took advantage of that and are so broke they can’t even offer the money I paid them for services they didn’t render. I’m probably just going to give my deed to the bank. Lisa jones sold this home and suggested the inspector.
